Relax with an aperitivo cocktail and a buffet of Italian Street Food.
Looking for your next after-work drinks spot? The team at Four Seasons Hotel is officially ‘living la dolce vita’ and calling all to savour the simple pleasures in life and to be mindful of each moment. So you can truly take their word for it, they’ve officially launched a new Aperitivo at Mode Kitchen & Bar, happening every weekday from 4pm-6pm. At a delicious price point of just $30 per person, you can unwind with an aperitif cocktail in one hand and a plate of Italian street food in the other.
Food will be served buffet style, prepared by Chef Mannelli and his culinary team. You can find a variety of Italian street food on the menu, including a variety of hot and cold dishes. Snack on crusty focaccia bread and watermelon salad, and pair that with a plate of cured meats. You can also grab more substantial dishes like pizza, as well as Chef Mannelli’s personal favourites, the wagyu bresaola and fresh mozzarella with heirloom tomatoes.
Enjoy your meal with Mode Kitchen’s hand selected Italian aperitifs. Decide between Aperol Spritz, Garibaldi, martinis and a selection of Italian wines by the glass. Of course, you can also choose to order from their other cocktails if you’d like, with an extensive list at your fingertips.
The art of the aperitivo is seemingly the best Italian tradition. It’s a beloved custom that involves a drink and a light meal at the end of each workday, as a soft warm up to dinner. It may seem simple, but its rich history goes back to Roman times, when honey-flavoured wines were usually drunk before meals. Aperitivo at The Mode Kitchen uses this tradition to apply their own unique experience on it, where you can sip on a refreshing spritz, perfectly paired with an Italian street food style buffet.
Aperitivo at Mode Kitchen & Bar is available every Monday through Friday from 4 – 6 pm. Reservations are recommended. For more information, visit their website here.
