Say cheers to summer spritz season at Banksii’s Martini Terrazza Spritz Garden pop-up this November.
Finding a leafy outdoor watering hole in the heart of the CBD might seem like a tough ask. But, this next pop-up spritz bar is breaking all the rules and bringing a dose of lush living colour to the colour jungle that is Barangaroo. And we’re mighty glad to see the arrival of this month-long spritz bar, arriving this November just in time to celebrate those glorious balmy spring evenings.
The venue in question is Barangaroo’s Banksii Vermouth Bar & Bistro, the waterfront casual fine dining destination with a menu influenced by the flavours of the Mediterranean. Since launching in October 2016, the venue has been a pioneer in Sydney’s dining scene, as the city’s first restaurant and bar dedicated entirely to Vermouth. The venue has been a hot spot for diners and drinkers alike, with multiple spaces to explore including their bar area, indoor dining and their enviable northwestern outdoor terrace.
This month, Banksii is teaming up with Martini to launch the Martini Terrazza Spritz Garden pop-up. This garden oasis is designed to be the perfect spring drinking spot with green grass, white picket fences, beautiful florals and fairy lights set to transport guests to summer nights in the Meditteranean.
On this exclusive pop-up menu you’ll find all the spritz-focus mixes you can imagine. The Martini Terrazza Sunset Sessions drinks menu will feature everything from a Riserva Spritz, made with Martini Riserva Ambrato, pomegranate tea syrup, lemon, mint and rose petals to the more traditional Negroni, made with Bombay Sapphire, Martini Bitter, Martini Riserva Rubino and Martini Rosso.
To sweeten the deal, Banksii are offering these delicious drinks at discounted prices during special Sunset Sessions happy hours. From 3pm to 6pm daily, enjoy discounted prices of all Martini Terrazza Spritz Garden drinks plus limited edition Martini Miniatures bar snacks, comprising of marinated olives ($6), fries ($6) and pate and grape jam served with toast.
