Mama Saan has teamed up with Patrón Tequila for their bottomless lunch series, and trust us, you don’t want to miss the launch party.
We are not ones to refuse a bottomless brunch, but a couple of extra hours of snooze time never goes amiss at the Eat Drink Play camp. This is why we are SO excited at the announcement of Mama Saan’s all-new bottomless lunch offering kicking off Saturday 14th May.
Under the beauty of Mama Saan’s huge cherry blossom tree, sit back to enjoy a 2hr freeflow of your favourite tipples. The bottomless drinks offering, in collaboration with Patrón Tequila, features bottomless Patron Spicy Margaritas, Patron Paloma’s, plus a whole bunch of selected tap beers & wines.
The five-course shared banquet menu is centred around elevated Japanese street food flavours showcasing peak Bondi beachside casual-chicness. For entrées, freshly shucked Oysters with Sweet Yuzu Dressing are on the menu, followed by a signature Sashimi Taco and soft, plump Peking Duck Baos expertly crafted by Head Chef Hyundo Makizo.
Inspired by late-night adventures in the lively underground bars of Tokyo, Osaka and Kyoto, the bottomless lunch launch party will be soundtracked to a sun-drenched DJ set from Billy Otto and friends. The Byron Bay-based musician will be enamouring the audience with his exquisite, ethereal signature sounds.
If you like what you hear, you can check out Mama Saan’s full musical showcase featuring a rotating line-up of local up-and-comers every Wednesday & Thursday night from 7pm, or head in for a Sunday jam sesh from 5pm dedicated exclusively to Jazz music.
