The iconic silver caravan has popped up in Sydney’s Northern Beaches serving decadent lobster rolls for a limited time!
Lobster & Co is coming in hot after making a delicious impression on the foodies of Melbourne and Brisbane late last year. The mission is simple: Serve one irresistible dish, the decadent Lobster Roll from a silver bullet-syle caravan.
The pop-up dining experience has landed at North Steyne Reserve, Queenscliff Beach, coinciding with the NSW Surf Life Saving Championships. Get your dose with a side of waterfront views until Sunday 5th of March!
The truck will be open Wednesday to Sunday from 11am till 5pm so you can get your serve across lunch or an early dinner. Choose to enjoy the Signature Lobster Roll with Truffle Parmesan Fries ($39) or simply a serve of Truffle Parmesan Fries ($10).
The famed Lobster Roll showcases sustainably caught Western Rock Lobster from the pristine waters of WA’s rugged coastline. Each lobster tail is confited and served warm with buttermilk fennel slaw alongside a serving of golden parmesan truffle fries.
