Bistro Moncur is celebrating its 30th anniversary with a series of star-studded events, including a four-course feast featuring top chefs and an unmissable throwback menu.

This iconic venue has been wowing diners with its sophisticated French cuisine and top-notch service since 1993, and they’re not slowing down anytime soon. To celebrate this milestone, head chef Tom Deadman has whipped up a bunch of new dishes that will tantalize your taste buds to join the existing signature classics, plus the beloved restaurant will host a series of delectable events this Autumn.

Party like it’s 1993 as the lineup kicks off with a blast from the past – a ‘Celebration of the Bistro Moncur Menu’ on April 26th. The all-star lineup of chefs includes the original executive chef Damien Pignolet, former head chefs Jason Roberts and Tom Walton, and current head chef Tom Deadman. They’re serving up a four-course dinner with paired wines that will have you feeling all kinds of nostalgic for $350pp.

On June 22nd, prepare your palate for a winter wonderland of flavours at the ‘French Winter Feast’. Head chef Tom Deadman is bringing the heat with a decadent menu featuring truffles, preserved summer fruits, and other locally sourced ingredients that deftly explore Chef’s culinary skills. Stay tuned for the final event in October – we can’t spill the beans just yet, but trust us, it’s going to be epic!

New dishes will celebrate regional French cuisine and include some mouth-watering options like confit cured salmon and margra lamb cutlet. And for all you chocolate lovers out there, there’s a mille-feuille of Valrhona dark chocolate that will have you saying “Ooh la la!” at first bite. Rest assured, classic signature menu items like the steak tartare and the ‘Millions of Peaches’ dessert are still available to satisfy your cravings for all the die-hard Moncur fans amongst us.
