To celebrate the launch of the new Ketel One Botanical, the Icebergs Terrace has been transformed into a luxe summer garden.
Bondi is synonymous with summer in Sydney. From taking a dip at Bondi Beach to exploring the iconic Bondi to Bronte coastal walk, this suburb is a seaside playground best enjoyed during the warmer months. And for foodies looking for a post-swim tipple, locals can’t look past stopping by the picturesque Bondi Icebergs.
With the weather heating up, Sydneysiders will be flocking to Bondi’s shores in droves this season. And now, punters have a new watering hole to add to their list. The Icebergs Terrace has just been transformed into the Icebergs Terrace x Ketel One Botanical, an idyllic oasis with botanical-infused drinks flowing. This new destination has been created as part of the launch of the new Ketel One Botanical, a lower ABV vodka-based drink made for sipping on long hot summer afternoons. With just 30% ABV, the drink comes in three varietals (Peach & Orange Blossom, crisp Cucumber & Mint and the fragrant Grapefruit & Rose), making it the perfect choice for those looking for a lighter way to kick back this summer.
The Icebergs Terrace x Ketel One Botanical has been designed in collaboration with leading landscape architects and horticulturalists Secret Gardens, with the space framed by native Australian flora. Boasting sweeping views across Bondi Beach and nestled at the crest of Sydney’s famed Bondi to Bronte walk, this open-air oasis has been crafted with leisurely summer drinking in mind. This newly opened seaside sanctuary will be serving up a bespoke menu of Ketel One Botanical’s three cocktails, topped with a unique range of sodas created especially for the Terrace by Icebergs. With flavours inspired by nature, expect everything from flavours such as Rainforest (fig leaf and mango soda) to Coast (sea rosemary, coconut and jasmine soda) and even Desert (macadamia, lemon myrtle and sandalwood soda).
The Icebergs Terrace x Ketel One Botanical is open daily from 12:30pm to 8pm until the end of March 2020 and open 12:30pm to 6pm on Saturdays and Sundays from April 2020 onwards. To find out more, click here.
