Hello Sailor New Aperitivo Menu

Drink, Eat, Sydney / 12 November 2013

A table full of food is a sight that can lift even the most down-trodden of souls, and at the launch of Hello Sailor’s new aperitivo menu, my soul soared.

One of the perks of my obsession about being on time is that, especially at foodie events, I never miss out trying any of the foods and always get a good feed. I’m also usually the first one to grab a fork (OK, maybe just my hands) and dig in. No shame.
Hello Sailor have just introduced their new aperitivo menu; an assortment of tapas style crostini which are complementary with drinks purchased between 5-7pm.
With snacks of gazpacho, octopus salad, crostini with antipasti, couscous salads, and asparagus with prosciutto, and bar manager Luke Redington’s mean Negroni or Aperol Spritz, you, your parrot and wooden leg would be happy to spend the entire night chilling out and swapping stories of the tall seas.
