For just $59pp, you and your mum will enjoy a generous share-style meal, designed by none other than critically acclaimed chef Stanley Wong and his team.
On the starters menu you’ll find everything from citrus-cured king trout to buttermilk crispy calamari, grilled beef tartare and grilled peach and tomato salad. You’ll want to leave room for mains, with the likes of Angus skirt steak, fried oysters, duck fat roasted potatoes and bearnaise and poached eggs with smoked bacon available. If that doesn’t your fancy, perhaps the grilled Tasmanian octopus or casarecce pasta will.
For those mums with a sweet tooth, round off your meal with an epically proportioned dessert platter for an additional $10pp.
