The crew from Sailmaker Restaurant has you covered this Easter long weekend with two incredible dining experiences not to be missed. Located in the heart of Darling Harbour, this iconic dining room is renowned for its refined menu that celebrates some of Australia’s best produce.

Over the Easter long weekend, Sailmaker will be hosting a High Tea experience. Available on Friday and Saturday from 2:30 pm to 4 pm, get ready to enjoy a glass of sparkling wine, tea, and coffee along with a delicious high tea menu ($59 per person or $45 per child).

Plus, Sailmaker is also putting on an Easter Signature Seafood Table on Friday, April 2nd. With seatings at 5:30 pm and 7:30 pm ($79 per adult and $50 per child), enjoy the best of their seafood table as well as gourmet mains and Easter desserts.

This seafood table experience is also available for lunch and dinner on Saturday (with an additional 2 hour sparkling wine package available). Plus, on Sunday go all-out with their lunch at 12 pm ($125 per adult, $70 per child), including a seafood selection, traditional Easter road, antipasto, dessert table, sparkling wine, and more.
