An Easter Molecular Gastronomy Dessert & Cocktail Stall Is Coming To A CBD Laneway

Drink, Eat, Sydney / 24 March 2021

Hosted by the Michelin Star-trained chef for two nights only.

With Easter fast approaching, we’re all looking for ways to treat ourselves to a fun foodie experience. And this April, the team from Silverester’s x Three Bottle Man is getting Sydneysiders excited for the big day with two incredible foodie events.

The first experience (running on March 31st and April 1st) is a pop-up molecular gastronomy stall and lounge. Led by the team from the multi-award-winning Silverster’s Restaurant, this rustic CBD laneway stall will bring a cosy lounge and a duo of Easter-inspired delicacies not-to-be-missed.

Designed by Michelin Star-trained chef Raphael Szurek, expect a molecular Easter egg dessert. This one-of-a-kind treat resembles an egg (inside and out) with a delicious medley of hand-crafted chocolate forming the outer shell, as well as a house-made velvety panna cotta filling, and a mango sphere core in lieu of a yolk.

This delicious dessert is available as a single egg cup or rustic egg cartons, accompanied by orange-infused toast ‘soldiers’ (priced at $8 per egg, $39 for a half dozen, or $75 for a dozen – must be pre-order online for pick-up from the stall).

Plus, make sure to score an Easter ‘Sensory’ cocktail, featuring a demi-frozen base balancing sweet-orange and citrus, topped with hot coconut cloud ($20, available exclusively at the pop-up).

Marriott Sydney’s Easter activations will be taking place in Bulletin Place laneway Sydney. The Easter Molecular Egg Desert and Cocktail Stall will be running on March 31st and April 1st from 5:30 pm to 7:30 pm.
