The Dolphin Hotel is back at it again, this time with a bunch of new wines and pizza for the third instalment of their Wine Mixer series: Pizza Party. The Dolphin Pizzaolas have come up with 5 new pizzas available for one day only. The limited edition toppings will be paired with an array of Italo & Australiano natural, progressive & sustainable wines by Wine Director Shun Eto.
The day kicks off from 12pm with reservations available for lunch, followed by wine tastings (walk-ins only) from 2 – 4pm. Tastings are free & highly recommended, guided by Shun & Producers. The menu will offer a huge list of wines by the glass, to give you a taste of something different without committing to a bottle.
With a different wine focus for every mixer, this one will feature an eclectic bunch of Australiano / Italo Wine producers. Think: Aromatic Italian Whites – Pinot Grigio, Verdicchio, Carricante. Rose. Red – the perfect Reds for Pizza eating. Orange and Pet Nat (you know you love it).
From 2pm, enjoy sounds from Chux and Parihaka in the Wine Room to soundtrack your perfect Sunday arvo. The party will kick on into the night for a cruisy, drawn out Sunday session.
