Embrace the change of seasons at Chiswick Woollahra with spring-inspired eats, drinks and masterclasses.
It’s no secret that Sydney comes alive during spring. With longer days and balmy nights ahead, we’re all looking for ways to shake off the winter chill and get outdoors this spring. Luckily, we’ve found just the spring-inspired event series to get you ready for the warmer months.
This September, Chiswick is celebrating the start of spring with ‘Chiswick In Bloom’, featuring two-months of exclusive menus, activities and masterclasses paying homage to the change of seasons. Chiswick Woollahra will come alive with exclusive menus celebrating the beautiful, fresh produce of spring.
At Chiswick Woollahra, expect an a la carte menu along with a refreshing limited-edition menu at the communal bar. As for the restaurant, dine on Chiswick classics such as slow-roasted lamb shoulder, and new menu highlights including globe artichokes with asparagus, garden herbs and pecorino, alongside a half roast chicken with sunrise potato and snow peas.
Plus, Chiswick will be serving a refreshing spring snack menu at the bar. The ‘In Bloom’ cocktail and snack menu (crafted in partnership with Bombay Sapphire) features everything from the Bombay Sapphire Garden G&T paired with Chiswick crudités and white bean hummus, the Tangerine Spritz paired with Berkshire pork terrine, mustard and preserved vegetables, the Spring Collins paired with nasturtium leaves, house made ricotta and sunflower, and the recently launched Bombay Bramble Spritz paired with prawn popcorn, jalapeno and iceberg lettuce. These pairings will be available exclusively through the Chiswick communal bar from Wednesday 2nd – Saturday 31st October.
But the spring fun doesn’t stop there. Head to Chiswick Woollahra’s kitchen garden (open to the public for the first time), with a range of spring masterclasses taking place in collaboration with Bombay Sapphire. During each masterclass, attendees will enjoy a cocktail from the ‘In Bloom’ menu, alongside a selection of Chiswick snacks and take-home gifts.
