Chow down on all the fried chicken at Butter over the bridge this December.
If you’re a fan of fried chicken, you’ll be familiar with the crew from Butter. Since opening their flagship store in Surry Hills back in 2016, the Butter crew has been expanding across Sydney (now boasting a store in Parramatta as well). But for too long, Sydneysiders over the bridge have had to travel to score a dose of delicious fried chicken. That is, until now.
Get ready for Butter Chatswood, set to open in the historic Chatswood Chase Sydney this December. It’s an exciting move for the Butter crew, bringing their iconic combo of fried chicken and luxe sneakers to the North Shore for the first time ever.
So, what can you expect at Butter’s Chatswood outpost? They’ll be a range of signature consignment and hard-to-find sneaker brands plus a curated selection of local and international fashion labels (Pleasures, Chinatown Market, Raised by Wolves, Rip N Rpr, Smile + Wave, Medicom, Hypebeast and Carrots by Anwar as well as our very own range of Butter Brand apparel). Keep an eye out, we’ve heard the crew are planning to release limited edition tees designed specifically for the launch of Butter Chatswood.
At Butter Chatswood, you’ll also find a full bar, slinging top-notch cocktails, and a massive range of Champagne (designed to fit every budget). Oh, and of course Butter will be slinging Sydney’s best fried chicken in Chatswood as well.
But that’s not all you can enjoy at this new venue. This Chatswood outpost will feature an expanded menu including Sydney’s juiciest BBQ chicken (make with their signature red spiced pepper rub and salting, left to marinate for 48 hours and cooked until its juicy, tender, and smokey). Plus, they’ll be a fresh salad offering a bigger beef burger menu (all of which won’t be on the normal menu, meaning you’ll have to put in a bit of work to find these special items).
Butter Chatswood will be opening in mid-December 2020, launching with a special invite-only soft launch event.
