Bun Mese – Best Pork Roll

Eat, Restaurants, Sydney / 15 October 2014

Jada Vi, Huy Nguyen and Johnny Tran travelled around the world and analysed what makes the perfect Vietnamese pork roll. Then they came back to Australia and opened Bun Mese, a little shop front located on Victoria Street in Darlinghurst where they are making authentic, homemade bread rolls and pate to create what might be “the best pork roll in Sydney”.

Having tasted several of their rolls we can vouch for their perfect crunchy outside, fluffy inside ratio. Add their homemade pate, pickled carrots, meat and house-made soy sauce and you’re on to a winning combo.
