Mr Tipply’s are hosting a special Masquerade Charity Ball on Thursday 16th October to help raise funds for The Leukaemia Foundation. It’s an opportunity to dress up in glamorous attire and show your support for this non-profit organisation that provides fully furnished accommodation for those living with leukaemia, lymphoma, myeloma and related blood disorders.
All proceeds will go towards the U.G.L.Y (Understanding, Generous, Likeable You) Bartender Of The Year campaign, which will include more than 290 bartenders from NSW and ACT declaring “I’m U.G.L.Y – I need help”. The highest bartender fundraiser will then acquire the title of U.G.L.Y Bartender Of The Year, after a range of fundraising activities hosted by the bartenders themselves.
A lot of entertainment will be happening on the night including live music, a Guinness World Record attempt for most cocktails made in one hour, burlesque and drag shows and an art display. There will also be a live auction of items such as World Cup Cricket Tickets, signed Ice Hockey Jerseys from USA and Canada teams, magnums of wine and more.
