Say hello to Brooklyn Cripsy, one of Sydney’s newest pizza bars. Located in the heart of Potts Point, this pizza-fuelled spot specialises in gourmet, thin and crispy-style pizzas. And as their name would suggest, they’ve drawn inspiration from New York’s pizza scene to grab their signature slices right here in Sydney.
At Brooklyn Crispy there are toppings and flavour combinations designed to suit every taste (and dietary requirement). For meat lovers, the crew has an on-site meat smoker which is used to add a rich depth of flavour to all their meat-topped pizzas. Their Pep Talk pizza comes loaded with pepperoni and mozzarella while their BC Supreme is topped with sausage, meatballs, mushrooms, and a sprinkle of olive dust.
Plus, don’t miss one of their original pizzas the Caffeinated Cow, which has 10-hour-smoked coffee and cola beef brisket, and when it comes out of the oven the team tops it with cold potato salad. It’s like a backyard BBQ in your mouth.
And for plant-based diners, the team has a range of tasty vegetarian and vegan options (such as their Ain’t Easy Being Cheesy and even up their Sweet & Salty pizza, topped with pumpkin, gorgonzola, and walnuts). There’s also crispy gluten-free bases so everyone can enjoy a slice.
For everyone who dines in at Brooklyn Crispy, you’ll score FREE house-made pretzel sticks with black garlic aioli (who doesn’t love a free snack). Plus, this pizza bar has the largest outdoor dining space in all of Potts Point, perfect for alfresco dining on a balmy night.
And for dog lovers, you can even bring your pooch along to grab a slice from their Dog Pizza Menu. Seriously. There are three pizzas to choose from, all designed for dogs. From a meat-lover to chicken and even a vegetarian pizza, you can also order a glass of Puppy Vino (bone broth) to enjoy in their outdoor dining space.
