Salt Meats Cheese has just launched its indulgent 1kg Brie Cheesecake topped with all things charcuterie. Here’s how to get your hands on it!

For those that prefer savoury over sweet, boy do we have a dessert for you! Salt Meats Cheese, the chic restaurant has just launched a Brie Cheesecake. It’s as indulgent as it sounds featuring a 1kg wheel of brie cheese, topped with a selection of Italian meats. The deli clerks from SMC have assembled it to perfection so with every slice, you get toppings of proscuitto, mortadella, sopressa, pickles, fresh and dried fruits and edible flowers. All of the produce is sourced directly from their deli and it can be made to order across multiple SMC venues.

From hosting a group of friends at home, celebrating an anniversary, engagement, or even a deli-style dinner at home (BYO crackers), there are few occasions a Brie Cheesecake isn’t welcome. Feeding anywhere from 10-15 people, these are the perfect addition to any get-together.
