Sydney’s adored and newly refurbished Pumphouse Sydney has launched a bottomless Sunday brunch and here’s your chance to score a taste!
There’s nothing Sydneysiders love more than a good bottomless brunch when the weekend hits. Thankfully, Pumphouse Sydney has added another stellar offering to the line-up in Darling Harbour running every Sunday throughout the year from 11am – 2pm.
The Darling Harbour institution reopened its doors after an extensive refurbishment last year. The industrial design speaks to the heritage of the building but the sophisticated finishes including pendant shades and metallic touches make this the perfect destination for a bottomless brunch. Served on The Terrace, a lush and spacious setting with cascading greenery and ample sunshine. The space is extremely photogenic for your upcoming catch-ups, hens parties, birthday celebrations and everything in between.
Enjoy two hours of free-flowing beverages alongside your choice of dish from a seasonal menu from just $63pp. For drinks, you will have the option to choose between wines from Victoria’s King Valley region including a vegan-friendly La La Land Pinot Noir Rosé and Hunter Valley’s First Creek “Botanica” Cuvee Sparkling. There is a Sydney Lager beer and options for those not drinking including juice, soft drinks and Heineken 0.0.
The food menu is designed to be shared amongst friends (we suggest ordering different items so you can taste a selection of sweet and savoury goodies). Expect simple, rustic and flavoursome dishes put together with the best locally sourced ingredients by Head Chef Anthony Kirk.
The Sunday Brunch menu features traditional and trusted favourites such as an Acai Bowl with cinnamon toasted granola, Avocado Toast with confit cherry tomato, through to surprising delights including a Souffle Pancake with rhubarb compote and Waffles Benedict with lemon myrtle hollandaise.
For those who enjoy live music, Pumphouse also has a schedule of live acoustic music playing every Sunday from 1:30pm. Stay a little longer for cocktails and tunes, a relaxing way to end the weekend.
