Take a culinary journey to the stunning NSW South Coast with Bopp & Tone’s bespoke seafood menu, featuring fresh and delicate flavours that will transport you to the ocean with every bite. Unwind in the stylish and inviting ambiance as you indulge in each delectable course, thoughtfully complemented with handpicked wines by the renowned Lark Hill winemaker, Chris Carpenter, who will be showcasing his top picks.
You’ll begin with South Coast Sydney Rock Oysters, paired perfectly with the Lark Hill Vineyard Riesling. Next, indulge in the Ulladulla Black Lip Abalone with yuzu kosho, complemented by the Lark Hill Vineyard Gruner Vetliner. This is followed by the Bermagui Octopus with chilli and almond tarator, served with the Lark Hill Vineyard Chardonnay.
The Narooma Catch Of The Day with lobster emulsion, finger lime, and caviar is the main highlight of the night, beautifully paired with the Lark Hill Vineyard Pinot Noir. For sides, enjoy Wallacia Cos Lettuce with anchovy and tarragon, and Robertson potatoes with honey herb butter.
End the evening on a sweet note with the Yuzu Mousse with citrus sorbet and ginger crumble, paired with the Lark Hill Leyland Riesling.
