Bar Luca & Fireball Whisky Team Up For An Epic Limited-Edition Menu

Cool Sh*t, Eat, Sydney / 27 June 2023

Including a one-day celebration with an all-you-can-eat menu and shots.

Love Fireball shots and loaded burgers? Get ready to have your mind blown at what could possibly be the collab of the year! Fireball Cinnamon Whisky is joining forces with the OG loaded burgers of Sydney, Bar Luca, for an epic menu takeover. They’re calling it the “Blame Fireball” extravaganza, available for the whole month of July, and with some special surprises along the way.

Mark your calendars for July 1st on Canada Day where all the epic festivities will start. Bar Luca and Fireball Cinnamon Whisky are throwing one epic launch party with a double dose of flaming flavours and fiery whisky all together! Dive into an all-you-can-eat feast from the entire “Blame Fireball” menu, while enjoying a Fireball shot as soon as you arrive as well as a Fireball-infused cocktail to sip on. They’re even offering free “Fire-mullet” haircuts and live DJs to keep the party going. You can also enjoy $6 Fireball shots all day, plus an extra free one on arrival if you’re a Canadian passport holder. There are four sessions available on the day, with limited tickets available for purchase.

It isn’t a collab without the “Blame Fireball” burger: a towering burger with Fireball braised brisket, beef patty, American cheese, maple bacon, candied jalapenos (for that extra kick), and poutine, all smothered in a Fireball gravy. Pair this with a “Don’t Hate The Playa Hate The Flame” Apple and Cinnamon milkshake, spiked with a 50mL mini bottle of Fireball, living up to Fireball’s notorious promise of “tastes like heaven, burns like hell.” If you’re up for a more fiery challenge, take a sip of the “Fire Starter” cocktail, made with Fireball, lemon juice, maple syrup, jalapeno syrup, and cloudy cider. It’s served with an extra syringe of Fireball for extra spicy flavour.

For dessert, enjoy the “Blame Fireball” — cinnamon ice cream packed with candied bacon and marshmallows, or order a side of Fire Fries topped with the “Blame Fireball” ice cream and drizzled with mouthwatering Fireball caramel sauce. Other eats include Fire Balls (Jalapeno meatballs with a Fireball cream cheese dip), Fireball & maple glazed chicken wings, and Fireball poutine with Fireball maple bacon jam.

Make sure you don’t miss out on this collab! This limited menu will be available throughout the month of July, with a one-time event on Canada Day priced at $66 per person. To secure your tickets, book here.
