And this year, one rooftop bar in Barangaroo is giving Sydneysider the chance to pour their own frozen boozy drinks. Seriously.
Flock to Barangaroo’s Untied Bar and get ready for a tropical rooftop oasis complete with an unmissable new bar experience. From now until January 31st 2020, Untied’s ‘Frozé Your Way’ will deliver a self-service Frozé Bar that lets you craft the perfect summer cocktail to suit your taste. With your choice of six fruity flavour of frozé to choose from, you’ll be able to mix and match to craft your ultimate summer drink.
The best bit? The bar’s DIY Garnish Wall will let you top off the experience with nostalgic sweets and dried fruits for punters to enjoy. Expect endless amounts of toppings featuring gummy bears, rainbow traps, sour gummy worms as well as fresh berries and dehydrated summer fruits.
And these summer-inspired flavours will set the mood for sundrenched afternoon drinks this silly season. Sip your way through everything from Strawberry Frozé to Peach Friezling, Kiwi Melon Blanc, Watermelon Frozé, Passion Pineapple Blanc and Fraperol at Untied’s Frozé Bar, with drinks $12 each (or just $7 during the Frozé Happy Hour, 4-6pm daily). Looking to kick back as the sun goes down? Stick around and soak in views of Sydney’s sparkling harbour with a two-hour bottomless session (available Thursday to Sunday for $39 per person).
Once you’ve worked up an appetite, Untied’s new summer menu is sure to hit the spot with an offering of light, fresh dishes made to share. Dive into must-try dishes such as Loaded Prawn Crackers, DIY Taco Party Platers, Sashimi Plates and Tropical Fish Burgers.
