Head to Bakers Oven for a UK-inspired Pie Burger (featuring a beef pie with a gravy milk bun, topped with a crisp salad and oozing burger sauce, all for just $11). Plus The Tea Cosy has created an epic burger scone ($10), with chocolate cream, giant strawberries and chutney-like strawberry jam between two fluffy scones.

Over at Pony’s you’ll find Syndey’s first Waffle Burger, with the fluffiest of waffles replacing the traditional bun loaded with wagyu burger pattie, butter lettuce, dill pickles, cheese, house relish, tomato and mayonnaise. As for Caminetto Italian, enjoy two Italian inspired burgers: the Spaghetti and Meatball Burger ($16.90) and the Pollo Parmigiana Burger ($16.90).

Looking for an Asian twist? Sergeant Lok will be serving a trio of limited-edition burgers ($18 each), loaded with either charred Tamarind glazed chicken thigh, sambal crumbed barramundi or shaoxing wine beef ribs. Plus Aslan Coffee has created the Balinese Crispy Pork Burger ($18), a must-try dish served with tasty potato chips.

Head over to Fortune of War for the Nacho Average Burger ($22), combining two of our favourite dishes: nachos and burgers. Plus The Glenmore Hotel will be servicing the Gimme S’more, a delightful dessert burger ($12) and The Australian Heritage Hotel will be flipping the Kanga Sange ($21).
