A twist on a classic, Mya Tiger at Hotel Esplanade (The Espy) brings dumpling lovers a feast like no other. Starting 9th August, every Wednesday evening is set to become a haven for dumpling enthusiasts.
Beginning at 5:30 pm, the Dumpling Degustation is a feast that takes the well-loved dish to fresh heights. Start with a glass of sparkling. Dive into a world of handcrafted dumplings.
The Mya Tiger chefs have designed a contemporary menu that redefines the typical dumpling. From the delectable Wagyu Beef with Bone Marrow to Red Braised Duck & Candied Cumquat, every bite is a fresh experience. This unique experience is priced at $39 per person.
A Sunday Roast with a Difference
The traditional Sunday Roast undergoes a transformation with Mya Tiger’s Roast Duck Banquet. Launching on 13th August, this is not your usual roast dinner.
The evening begins with sparkling wine, setting the mood for a roast duck feast that will be available from 5:30 pm each week. This banquet showcases duck in three ways, starting with the renowned Roast Duck Pancakes, followed by delicious Braised Duck Dumplings, and ending with Crispy Szechuan Duck. A limited number of ducks will be available each Sunday, making bookings essential. This banquet is $39 per person.
