The story of Patrick Sullivan Wines is one of passion and perseverance. Patrick, a native of rural Victoria, took his first steps in the world of wine at the tender age of 12, planting vines with his family. After a whirlwind journey through the wine trade in London, Patrick returned to his home soil with a keen eye for the potential that lay within the Baw Baw Shire, particularly for the cultivation of Chardonnay. Establishing Patrick Sullivan Wines in 2010, he has since become one of Australia’s most respected winemakers, revered for his uncompromising approach to quality and his belief in allowing the fruit to speak for itself.
