The highlight of the masterclass is undoubtedly the tasting. Guests are treated to three distinct cuts of the bluefin tuna – akami, chu-toro, and o-toro. But the masterclass doesn’t stop at the tuna. To complement the experience, Kisumé has curated a five-course menu that celebrates the season’s top produce. The menu features a variety of dishes, from Crispy Wagyu Truffle with Truffle Miso to King Prawn Tempura with Black Garlic and Kataifi. The star of the show, however, is the Bluefin Tuna served with Ponzu, Snow Pea Tendril, Mizuna, and Lemon Ponzu. The meal concludes on a sweet note with a handmade Hojicha Canele.

The Bluefin Tuna Masterclasses are scheduled for three dates – Sunday 25th June, Sunday 9th July, and Sunday 23rd July, from 12.30pm to 3pm.
