Renew your gin membership at Juniperlooza!

If gin is your thing, then make a date at Juniperlooza 2020, where the best Australian and international gins will be showcased over February 15 and 16. And when we say showcased, we mean head along and drink all the gin you want!

Juniperlooza, named to acknowledge the humble juniper berry from where gin derives its flavour, is Australia’s biggest celebration of gin. Back for a fifth year, the festival will be going over two days due to popularity, so you have an extra date to choose when scheduling this gin fest into your calendar.

It’s all happening down at South Wharf, as Juniperlooza takes over The Boatbuilders Yard. With 23 gins producers serving up all your gin-based favourites plus impressing you with some fun twists, don’t forget to sample all the Juniperlooza signature cocktails. There will also be plenty of food stalls on the day, serving up delicious snacks that pair perfectly with your gin.

If you love your gin, but still have a bit to learn, the Talk & Taste sessions with the gin producers will help you level up your gin knowledge so you can talk the talk and drink the drink. Of course, no gin festival is complete without good food and tunes to set the mood, and Juniperlooza has it covered with a couple of Australian DJs. Agent 86 will be getting the party started on the Saturday, with J’nett carrying the vibes through on the Sunday.

This year, the line up of gin producers includes old-timers as well as exciting first additions. The favourites that we have been delighted by previously at Juniperlooza include Adelaide Hills, Archie Rose, Bass and Flinders Distillery, Four Pillars Gin, Ink Gin (Husk Distillery), Larrikin Gin, Forty Spotted Gin (Lark Distillery), and lots more. They’ll be joined by first-timers to the festival, Applewood Gin, Hellfire Bluff Gin and Brogan’s Way Gin.
