Pincho Disco
Pincho Disco, a high-energy Latin American-inspired venue, is set to open its doors in Collingwood this November. Brought to you by Kickon Group, the restaurant and bar aims to be a lively hangout. Designed by Studio Tate, the space bursts with colours, creating an energetic atmosphere for diners keen to stick around post-meal.
The Man Behind the Menu
Jake Furst, recently crowned AHA Victorian Chef of the Year, leads the culinary vision. The focus here is on share plates featuring the diverse flavours of Latin America. From generous seafood dishes like kingfish cannelloni with caviar and coriander to inventive daily ceviches, there’s something to please every palate.
Drinks and Late Nights
And let’s not forget the drinks. The venue’s unique cocktail list brings Latin America to Collingwood, featuring house-made syrups and garnishes. Local breweries and an array of natural wines round out the offerings. The vibe is set to keep the party rolling into the early hours.
More Than Just a Meal
But Pincho Disco isn’t only about food and drinks. It aims to offer an experience that transitions seamlessly from dining to socialising, challenging the traditional eat-and-run mentality. All in one vibrant location, this place promises an evening you won’t easily forget.
About the Players
Pincho Disco is the latest from Kickon Group, who already have a host of popular venues across Melbourne and beyond. Their new venture at 16 Langridge St is keen to inject some Latin flavour into Collingwood’s thriving dining scene. Bookings will open soon on the Pincho Disco website.
