Unveiling Petrichor: A Yarra Valley Essence
Joel Mckenzie, the brain behind the bar, introduces Petrichor. This limited-edition Yarra Valley cocktail aims to recall the Yarra Valley’s summer vibes. Crafted with Four Pillars Rare Dry Gin, local vermouth, honey, and artesian water, it’s a sensory delight. The presentation, complete with ferns, moss, and liquid nitrogen mist, transports patrons. A vapor bubble adds a final, aromatic touch.
Fresh Flavours Every Season
Since 2019, Bar Clara has spotlighted seasonal ingredients. Mckenzie refreshes the cocktail menu quarterly, ensuring novelty and excitement. Currently, the menu features bananas, strawberries, chillies, plums, and shiso, creating a vibrant taste journey.

To mark its anniversary, Bar Clara gifts a complimentary cocktail to every fifth customer till March’s end. Limited to five patrons a day, this offer celebrates the bar’s five fruitful years.
