Hilton has opened it’s first ever cookie themed suite

Cool Sh*t / 24 September 2019

Move over cookie monster, this is our kind of hotel suite.

BRB, we’re booking a flight to Phuket right now because the Doubletree by Hilton Banthai Resort have introduced a cookie suite hotel room for a limited time to celebrate their 50th anniversary. The iconic chocolate chip and walnut cookie is loved by people who have stayed at a Doubletree by Hilton hotel before. It’s so popular that people look to the web to find and share similar recipes to recreate a copied version at home. The DoubleTree Banthai Resort decided to take the experience even further with the Cookie Suite Experiential Package.

Available until December 31st 2019, guests who book this package will stay in the cookie themed King Deluxe Suite, with its own separate bar dedicated to only freshly baked cookies complete with a neon sign. Relax into the night with cookie scented candles and bath amenities, then slip into your customised cookie bathrobe before sleeping on your cookie pillow. Sounding extra sweet? Wait, there’s more!

A trip to Phuket isn’t complete without a visit to the beach, so make sure to take the exclusive beach kit only for Cookie Suite guests that comes with a cookie designed beach umbrella and towels. To top off the already amazing experience, you can choose between a complimentary Thai-cooking class or a cocktail mixing class during your stay – unfortunately though, these do not include any cookies.

Tim Tate, General Manager at the DoubleTree Banthai Resort expressed how they built an experiential lifestyle around the cookies, saying “More than just a delicious treat, the DoubleTree Chocolate Chip Cookie represents our constant dedication to our guests and the thoughtful touches that ensure they feel special and cared for throughout their stay in Phuket.”
