This season, Woollahra Hotel is dialling up the spring vibes with its Festival of Tequila, a celebration of Mexican flavours, quality tequila, and good times – all in collaboration with Don Julio. Running through December 1st, the bar and terrace have been transformed into a stylish slice of agave paradise, complete with lush greenery, a pop of azure-blue decor, and a photo wall that’s made for your Instagram.

Starting daily from noon, the bar is pouring tequila-heavy favourites like $15 Frozen Don Julio Margarita Slushies and Elderflower Blanco Spritzes. Feel like levelling up? Go for the Don Julio 1942 or Rosado at $25 a pour – perfectly simple over ice to keep it cool and classic.

On Saturdays and Sundays, the terrace is the place to be with Woollahra’s $89pp bottomless brunch, where Mexican-Asian-inspired bites meet free-flowing drinks. Think Caliente wings, Trevally ceviche, charred Bavette bao, and chipotle chicken tingas to fuel a lazy afternoon in the sun. Feeling the extra tequila vibes? Add unlimited Frozen Margarita Slushies for an extra $20.
