Dan Dan’s $79pp Bottomless Lunch

Pyrmont’s hottest new spot, Dan Dan, is spicing things up with an exciting Bottomless Lunch! For just $79 per person, you’ll feast on seven mouthwatering sharing dishes packed with bold Asian flavours—think Fried Eggplant with black vinegar caramel, Cheeseburger Spring Rolls, Mongolian Lamb, and their signature Dan Dan Fried Rice. Harry’s Launches Rotisol Rotisserie & Grill

If you live or work in Surry Hills, you’re in for a treat! This hotspot has just launched a new grill concept offering a delicious weekday lunch from 12 – 2pm. You can enjoy half or whole rotisserie chicken, Kinross lamb leg, and porchetta, all served thick and juicy with fresh sourdough baguette, gravy, and your favourite sides. On Thursday 10th October, they’ll be serving up hot chicken & gravy, porchetta, and lamb rotisserie rolls for free from the take-out window! Rosé Bay at the Boathouse – From October 1st

The Boathouse Rose Bay will launch ‘Rosé Bay,’ transforming into a Whispering Angel Beach Club for spring. Highlights include a fun Whispering Angel Car Wash, a Bottomless Lunch featuring a shared three-course meal and flowing rosé, and the Whispering Angel Beach Club every Sunday from 4pm, complete with live music and happy hour specials. Cellar Sessions at de Vine Food & Wine – Every Monday Until 11th November

Sydney’s iconic Italian restaurant and wine bar, de Vine Food & Wine, on Market Street, has been a beloved staple for over 21 years. This October and into November, they’re inviting the community to join their BYO Dinner every Monday. Indulge in a rotating four-course set menu crafted by Head Chef Tim Fisher, featuring exceptional Italian dishes that highlight seasonal ingredients and showcase traditional cooking techniques. Bring a bottle from your collection—corkage is included in the price—or explore Julian’s special selection of cellar wines. Each week, a different drop, usually only available by the bottle, will be available by the glass. These dinners offer the perfect opportunity to uncork a cherished bottle and discover a new favourite wine!

Centro 86, Sydney’s beloved new margarita bar, is going coastal for a one-night-only takeover at Bondi’s Icebergs Bar this October. Enjoy signature drinks like the Centro, Spicy, Morada, and Royale while indulging in delicious snacks from Icebergs’ kitchen. Don’t miss highlights such as the blackfish al pastor taco, margra lamb quesadilla, and southern bluefin tuna tostada. Yum!

Barangaroo House Turns Pink

This October, Barangaroo House is celebrating the arrival of spring with Rosé Rising, a month-long, free event dedicated to all things rosé across its three levels. On the rooftop at Smoke, enjoy classic French Provence rosé alongside creative cocktails like the Pink Sunset and Blush and Burn, paired with delectable snacks. On the middle level at Rekōdo, sip on Veuve Clicquot Rosé and speciality cocktails while indulging in pink-hued dishes, including tuna sang choy bao and strawberry fried ice cream. Downstairs at House Bar, guests can enjoy Chandon Rosé bubbles and frosé, complemented by tasty pink bao buns. Sydney Ceramics Market – 19th & 20th October 

The Sydney Ceramics Market returns for its third year this October, showcasing over 120 ceramicists from across NSW and ACT. Hosted over two days at Eveleigh’s historic Carriageworks, the event aims to highlight emerging artists who may not yet be selling online, alongside established ceramicists with decades of experience.

Damien Pignolet Dinner at Chez Blue – Wednesday 23rd October

Renowned chef Damien Pignolet is returning to Rozelle for one night only at Chez Blue, a charming French bistro located on the site of his former restaurant, Bistro Deux. Luna Lu is one of our favourite spots on the Harbour, nestled in the beautiful Campbell’s Cove precinct. With stunning, uninterrupted views of the Sydney Opera House, there’s no more picturesque spot for a dumpling masterclass. For $100 per person, your experience begins with a glass of sparkling on arrival, followed by a 90-minute hands-on class guided by a Luna Lu chef, where you’ll learn to prepare two types of signature dumplings. You can enjoy them fresh or take them home with you. Plus, you’ll receive an additional five pieces of Luna Lu’s signature dumplings, prepared by the chefs after class. Barangaroo’s beloved Italian restaurant and patisserie, Bottega Coco, is hosting a series of pasta-making classes this spring. Each session kicks off with a glass of bubbly, followed by Head Chef Dario Nencioni guiding guests on how to shape pasta in various styles. Enjoy an Italian banquet during the class, featuring a delightful selection of authentic pasta, pizzas, and salads. The Streets of Barangaroo Inaugural Festival of Food – Throughout October

Barangaroo will come alive with a month-long food festival featuring an exciting array of culinary events and live music. Highlights retain Rekōdo x Levins feat. Mitch Orr on October 18, where guests can enjoy a special dinner with bespoke desserts, and Part & Parcel on October 10, a yum-cha experience with an international twist. On October 13, Anason x Firepop x Brian Cole will showcase a collaborative dinner featuring modern Turkish flavours and flame-grilled dishes. The festival will also feature Smoke On The Water, a whiskey-tasting event at NOLA, and Spring In The Streets, bringing live music from local talents on October 11, 18, and 25. Browse the events here.
