The food is Asian-inspired, using local produce and Australian flavours for a fusion of mouthwatering tastes. Crowd pleasers include dishes like Sesame Coated Yellowfin Tuna, Oven Baked Brie with by organic honeycomb, pistachio, and poppy seed lavosh, alongside succulent Pork Belly Bao Buns served with Asian herbs, pickled daikon, and chilli caramel. Bartega aims to redefine the perception of South-West Sydney, wanting to be more than just another cocktail bar. The space was designed by award-winning architect Altis Architecture, merging unique vintage elements of textures, styles and vibrant colours. The most striking is a breathtaking marble bar at the centre, and an expansive al fresco balcony, with views of lush gardens and a waterfall feature.
