Springtime Yoga series at The Greens

Eat, Play, Sydney / 14 October 2015

Located in the bustling business district of North Sydney, a bar and eatery complete with a garden and bowling green awaits. The Greens is a place to enjoy a family lunch, celebrate a birthday party or spend a lazy weekend lunch. They also host an outdoor silent cinema ‘Flicks at The Green’s, which saw the popularity of this tranquil venue soar.
The Greens has become a well-loved community hub and to celebrate its first birthday, they’re gifting you with a series of outdoor yoga classes.
Yoga at The Greens will offer one hour classes for $20 per person throughout Spring and Summer on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. Stretch into your mountain pose or warrior two whilst enjoying picturesque views of Sydney Harbour on The Greens grass. The power-hour of yoga is suitable for beginners and intermediates, with mats and balance blocks being provided.
Once you’ve said your final namaste, wander over to the deck dining area and have a look at their new breakfast menu.
Head Chef Nathan Tilliott has crafted an approachable and innovative breakfast menu as well as small plates and side dishes. You have a spiced pear and rhubarb porridge, pumpkin on roasted labne, mushroom ragout and beer battered chips and more to choose from.
If you’re looking for something refreshing to sip with your breakfast, try one of their fresh juices, smoothies, milkshakes or a coffee. The Greens will slowly roll out a seasonal lunch and dinner menu, so prepare your tastebuds for flavoursome dishes on the sun-drenched rooftop.
