Summer may be over but that’s not stopping Hilton Sydney from keeping the good vibes going, with the recent launch of Yellow Hour. Partnering with Champagne lords Veuve Clicquot, Hilton’s prized Glass Brasserie & Wine Bar, Zeta Bar and Marble Bar are all showcasing the perfect pairings of food and Champagne.
Running from 13th February – 15th April, Yellow Hour will see Veuve Clicquot Yellow Label on offer for $20 per glass or $120 per bottle.
Exclusive to Zeta Bar are also a range of $15 Happy Hour Veuve Clicquot cocktails. Available at this vibrant CBD bar from 5pm-7pm daily, there’s everything from a pink grapefruit and rhubarb bellini to Zeta 75, Zeta’s special take on the classic French 75.
Complementing these Champagne cocktails are also a range of finger-lickin food pairings. Think everything from freshly shucked Sydney rock oysters to homemade salmon fish cakes with dill mayonnaise. For the more naughty but oh-so-delicious treats, feast on Korean fried chicken bites with fries and a sweet and spicy sauce or shoestring fries with parmesan cheese and black truffle mayo.
Glass brasserie & Wine Bar are also showcasing two Veuve Clicquot tasting plates and exclusive Yellow Hour specials. This includes oysters with a Champagne Granita teamed with two half-glasses of Veuve Clicquot, plus Kingfish sashimi paired with a glass of Veuve Clicquot Rosé NV.
Champagne lovers can also purchase Veuve Clicquot Rosé NV for $23 Glass or a bottle for $138. We’ll cheers to that.
To complete the Veuve Clicquot experience, Hilton Sydney is also introducing Australia’s first Champagne Suite! This luxe experience is available from 16th March – 15th April.
