Who said a degustation needs to be matched with wine? Cocktails are much more fun! Whether you taste your tart with Tanqueray Gin or marinate of beef with Bulleit Bourbon good booze goes well both in and beside the right dish. In this five course degustation style dinner our seasoned chef will partner with an award winning mixologist to match each dish to a carefully crafted World Class cocktail. That’s five dishes-five cocktails-five reasons to join the fun.
