The Pepperman Cocktail

Ingredients

  • 50mL Rock Rose Old Tom Pink Grapefruit Gin
  • 25mL grapefruit juice
  • 10mL sugar syrup
  • 3 large strawberries
  • Pinch of ground pink peppercorns
  • Soda water

Method

Combine the gin, grapefruit juice, sugar syrup, peppercorns and two strawberries in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake until a thin ice crust forms on the outside of the shaker. Single strain into a highball glass over ice, top up with soda water and garnish with the remaining strawberry.
