Looking for a new go-to brekkie spot? Soul Origin is ramping up its menu with a new breakfast range, complete with delicious options without skimping on flavour or nutrition! Gone are the quick meals that just don’t hit the right spot. Now, you can choose between fluffy buns or hearty wraps.
Soul Origin was born from the idea of two brothers and their best mate. Amid the 2008 Global Financial Crisis, their brief was simple: creating delicious, fresh, and quality food that didn’t break the back. “Our philosophy is that everyone deserves to eat fresh food, every day… after all – your body deserves it. We have a vision to lead the way in re-educating the world about how they think about fast food,” said co-founder Hao.
Almost 20 years later, Soul Origin has opened 150 stores across Australia. The team source all their food from local Aussie farmers and families who grow produce year in and year out. From WA to the Central Coast and even Gippsland, they work closely with local farmers to ensure their menu is full of the freshest ingredients.
The new breakfast menu pleases all and has rolled out to every store across the country. For lovers of everything, try the Gourmet Brekkie Bun, with crispy bacon, tomato, fried egg, avocado and cheese, spread on vegan aioli and tangy BBQ sauce. The Schnitty Brekkie Bun is comfort food at its finest, with a chicken schnitzel topped with baby spinach leaves, egg and cheese. Soul Origin’s Gourmet Brekkie Wrap features chorizo slices, bacon and cheese in a soft tortilla, and for vegetarians, there’ll be a Haloumi & Veggie Brekkie Wrap on the menu, with spinach, tomato and sweet caramelised onions.
