Experience A Delicious Paddock-To-Plate Autumn Menu At The Newmarket Room

Eat, Sydney / 3 March 2021

Visit The Newmarket Room this autumn for a new produce-driven seasonal menu.

As the change of seasons arrives, we’re all looking for new seasonal dishes to enjoy. And this month, we’ve found the perfect new autumn menu to add to your radar.

Located on the grounds of the luxury hotel, The William Inglis Hotel is The Newmarket Room. Taking inspiration from this boutique hotel’s 100-year history, this on-site dining room offers a unique and modern culinary experience.

As you’d expect, The Newmarket Room offers a boutique equine-themed restaurant complete with a sprawling alfresco dining area overlooking the gardens and Riverside Stables.

And this autumn, The Newmarket Room will release a gourmet new autumn/winter menu that centres around a paddock-to-plate philosophy. Save the date: this exclusive new seasonal menu will be available at The Newmarket Room restaurant from March 1st, 2021.

From refreshing starters to nourishing mains, delicious premium cuts from the grill, and even decadent desserts, there’s plenty of reason to come hungry to The Newmarket Room this autumn.

Start with a dozen fresh oysters and a serve of pumpkin and ricotta gnocchi with burnt butter sage sauce. For mains, enjoy perfectly cooked market fish, grilled lamb loin with cauliflower and sweet potato gratin, or indulge in 450 gram dry-aged NSW Riverina Black Angus T-bone from the grill.

Oh, and make sure to leave room for a Baileys and coffee creme brulee, warm chocolate fondant with mascarpone cream, or a plate of local cheeses with apple and honeycomb.

Find The Newmarket Room restaurant on the ground floor of The William Inglis Hotel, Warwick Farm, open daily for lunch and dinner (and you can even bring your pooch on weekends). Find out more and book your spot here.
