There’s a lot to love about this time of year. As we shake off the winter chill, there’s a sense of anticipation in the air. Longer nights and warmer days are just around the corner, which can only mean one thing: summer is around the corner. And we’ve found just the weekend event to get you inspired for the warmer months ahead.
Hosted by Surry Hills’ luxe Paramount Rec Club (one of the best fitness studios in Sydney), SATURDAYS at Paramount House deliver a FREE rooftop market complete with delicious food, drinks, produce, local goods and even live DJ sets.
Taking place every Saturday from 9am to 8pm at the Paramount Rec Club Rooftop, expect a jam-packed itinerary to take your from brunch to sunset drinks. Swing by in the morning to get your weekend off to a great start.
The Paramount Rooftop will come alive with the Recreation Markets, delivering a curated selection of local purveyors and makers. Expect the likes of Pepe Saya, Condimental, Dan’s Pasta and more selling their premium hand-crafted goods from 9am.
Plus, they’ll be delicious eats and drinks on offer throughout the day to keep you fed and watered. A special menu will be on offer from the Paramount Rec Club’s favorite local chefs. At the moment, expect Mitch Orr (ACME and Icebergs) to be heading up the culinary offering with a curated offering of snacks and dishes to enjoy.
Plus as day turns to night the Paramount Rooftop will play host to live DJ sets throughout the afternoon and into the evening. Plus you’ll be able to score delicious drinks to toast to a Saturday well-spent.
