For three nights only, Gordon Ramsay’s world-famous restaurant will be under the roof of Matt Moran’s two-hatted restaurant, Aria.

Celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay is coming to Aria for three nights of prestigious dining on the 8th, 9th, and 10th of May 2023. The collaboration is a long time coming with Ramsay and Matt Moran’s friendship spanning over 25 years and culminating in this highly anticipated event.

The exclusive dining experience will showcase the best seasonal produce, in true Ramsay and Moran style, with dishes executed by Matt Abé in the kitchen. Abé began his career at Aria when he was just 17 and is now a chef patron at London’s three Michelin-starred Restaurant Gordon Ramsay. He has cemented his place as one of the world’s finest chefs and guests will experience his excellence across the three dinners.

Moran expressed his excitement for the event, saying, “What an absolute honour to have Restaurant Gordon Ramsay do their first residency outside London at Aria. These three nights will be a real highlight in the 23 years of Aria; I can’t wait.”

The 7-course menu will feature signature dishes from Restaurant Gordon Ramsay, but with ingredients sourced from Australia’s leading producers instead of London’s. You can expect to see world-famous dishes like Ramsay’s Shellfish Raviolo and Pecan Praline dessert on the menu.
