Stanley at Manly Wharf

Manly

Stanley Manly Wharf arrives on Sydney Harbour.

Award-winning chef Louis Tikaram is returning to Sydney with Stanley Manly Wharf, a new Cantonese restaurant opening on the harbourfront this September. Inspired by Hong Kong's Stanley Bay, the waterfront venue spans 212 seats across indoor and outdoor dining spaces, a private dining room and a dedicated bar, with sweeping harbour views setting the scene.

The menu celebrates premium Australian seafood and seasonal produce through the lens of Cantonese cooking, with standout features including live seafood tanks, a custom-built duck oven and tableside Peking duck service. Marking Tikaram's return to the city where he trained in some of Australia's most respected kitchens, Stanley is set to become one of Sydney's most anticipated restaurant openings of the year.
