What better way to kick off a new season than with a brand new bar opening. Hold onto your hats, this one’s a beauty. Primus Hotel Sydney has transformed its exclusive pool area into the city’s most anticipated rooftop bar, Level Seven.
Opening on Friday 1st September, this New York-inspired rooftop once only available to hotel guests is now opening its doors to the general public, giving everyone a slice of inner-city luxury.
In keeping with the luxe fit out of the venue, Primus Hotel has partnered with none other than Veuve Clicquot Champagne. Expect customised Champagne cocktails made with Veuve Clicquot RICH using ingredients like fresh pineapple, grapefruit zest, cucumber, celery and capsicum.
Inspired by last summer’s go-to Aperol Spritz, the cocktail menu will also feature Level Seven’s signature drink, a Rosé Spritz. Alongside this, cocktail popsicles can also be enjoyed poolside at all hours of the day.
Primus Hotel Sydney’s General Manager, Daniel Muhor believes that Level Seven will be Sydney’s answer to the ultimate summer rooftop bar.
“The rooftop has been our hidden secret since the hotel opened. We knew Sydney needed a relaxed yet sophisticated rooftop bar and are excited to be able to open the doors to Level Seven. We want this venue to be a hub for after work drinks and the place to be for lazy weekend afternoon cocktails by the pool.”
Complete with nautical inspired cabanas, lush greenery, intimate fairy lights and a DJ by the pool, this venue is bound to be a hot meeting point as the weather warms up.
