Madame Shanghai Vegan Banquet Dinner

While Sichuan cuisine might typically conjure up images of mouth numbing peppers laced throughout a variety of meats, Madame Shanghai is pushing the boundaries of contemporary Sichuan food with a 10 course vegan banquet. Curated by Head Chef Casper Xu, the menu sees the intricate exploration of fermented sauces and the mouthwatering ‘strange-flavour’ combination of salty, sweet, numbing, hot and sourness. Output Festival (Saturday 24th November)

Output Festival is back in 2018, promising a dance-fuelled day on a private island! Kicking off on Saturday 24th November for one special day only, this year’s adventure will take place on Sydney’s Goat Island, with stages tucked away in the woods, a new Rooftop Silent Disco and unparalleled views of Sydney Harbour.
