For $79 per person feast on a banquet of modern Chinese cuisine. Begin with fresh Pacific oysters before trying their infamous steamed pork xiao long bao and delicious crispy skin duck pancakes. Larger dishes include steamed fish fillet of the day with ginger, soy and coriander, kung pao chicken and slow cooked beef short ribs with chili, garlic, fish sauce and Asian herbs. To finish, top it all off with a decadent dessert. Lotus The Galeries are known for their desserts so be sure to leave enough room!
