Berry Showground will backdrop the inaugural Lazy Mountain Festival, brought to you by the team behind Steel City, and Yours and Owls Festival.
In a win for the Ma’s and Pa’s amongst us, the festival newb is set to be a family-friendly, all-ages event with just one stage for a no-stress, no-sweat festival experience in Berry this Easter weekend.
Launching the inaugural year with some of Australia’s finest musical exports, multi-platinum selling, multiple ARIA and 2022 J Award winners Gang of Youths will headline the day-long event, joining superhuman singer, songwriter and multi-instrumentalist, Tash Sultana, who has just been named as main support.
Also on the lineup; Sydney indie pop rock sweethearts Middle Kids; Melbourne indie punk rockers Slowly Slowly; Wollongong born, South Coast raised singer-songwriter Tyne-James Organ; rapidly rising future of pop, Merci, Mercy; and Wollongong indie folk rock favourites Aodhan.
Taking place, Saturday 8th April (Easter weekend), Lazy Mountain kicks off in the beautiful surrounds of Berry. Situated in the South-Eastern coastal region of NSW, the town is home to an abundance of delicious restaurants, luxury retail shops, beautiful hikes and all the friendly coastal town feels – perfect to spend a long weekend exploring the sights of the South Coast. Get back to nature with a 2-night camping experience within the festival grounds, or treat yourself to a 4m riverside glamping tent which includes a luxurious foam mattress plus bedding and pillows, cosy flooring, plus lighting and electricity.
The whole weekend will be catered by an exceptional spread courtesy of the South Coast Food and Wine Festival, expect the very best locally sourced wine and produce for a fun-filled luxe weekend.
