Infinity Bakery

Cafes, Eat, Sydney / 3 December 2014

Infinity Bakery in Darlinghurst is a small family run business that was taken over from renowned chef and baker, Philip Searle, in 2008. Building on the established business, siblings Sophie and William Petersen have taken it to the next level, expanding the business to Manly and (as of yesterday) Paddington. This shop and cafe has opened on Oxford St where Charlie Brown used to reside, next to Love Supreme.

The new Infinity Bakery combines both a bakery and a cafe where you can try tasty baked goods including artisan bread, gourmet pies, sandwiches and pastries. The cafe features a sophisticated look with lots of light and high ceilings that give it a warm and cozy feel. The bakery will also feature an indoor and outdoor cafe with seating for up to 30 people.
