Join the Supper Club with Hayman's Gin

Gin lovers prepare yourselves. All the way from England, Hayman’s Gin is opening a Supper Club this October.

In 1863 the Hayman family reinvented how the world saw gin. Now, more than five-generations later, the British distillers are bringing their love of liquor to the Lord Dudley Hotel in Woollahra. Australia’s appreciation of Hayman’s Gin is renowned, and for up to $60 you can experience a menu designed to share with the classically British brew.
The Supper Club will take place in the Lord Dudley Hotel’s newly reinvigorated Garden restaurant located underground in the pub’s British style basement.

Although the flavours of the kitchen will be on show, with cured salmon and lamb rump dishes, there is no doubt that Hayman’s Gin will be the centrepiece of the evening. The Supper Club will showcase classic concoctions, such as Sloe & Tonic, Negroni and French 75.
What’s more, the night is adaptable to any budget and appetite. Starting from $25 guests can choose to dine on an entrée and gin cocktail creation, or you can upgrade to the $60 Supper Club Special. Serving two cocktails with an entrée and a main, this option will please the gin lover within.

After generations of perfecting the art of distilling, James Hayman says he is excited to bring his family blend to Sydney.
“The Australian gin category has grown by 20% over the last three years, testament that there is a real appetite and thirst for knowledge about this great tipple” says James. “With a desire to build on this trend we are excited to be partnering with The Dudley – an iconic family run pub that, like Hayman’s, is stepped in English heritage.”
Uniting the rich histories of one Sydney’s best-loved historic pubs and the well-crafted Hayman’s Gin, the Supper Club promises to transport diners to a world of old English style.
