Haverick Meats’ Chef Series sees this family-run butcher team up with some of Sydney’s best chefs to create delicious dinner boxes.

One of our favourite parts of staying in has been getting creative in the kitchen. There’s nothing better than discovering a new recipe, venturing out to gather all the goodies and spend the evening flexing our culinary muscles to make delicious dishes for our household. But some nights, we wish someone could do all the hard work for us. For those times when you’re craving takeaway (but can’t bring yourself to order another pizza), we’ve got a better idea.

Say hello to Haverick Meats’ Chef Series, a new gourmet dinner box experience created in partnership with some of Sydney’s top chefs. The team from Haverick Meats have been supplying some of Australia’s top venues and restaurants with premium cuts since 1963, and wanted to find an innovative way to serve their customer’s delicious eats during these uncertain times.

So what is the Chef Series all about? In a nutshell, the butcher has teamed up with a range of Sydney chefs to curated ready-made meal boxes that can be delivered to your door. In partnership with Cook & Sons (their pre-cooked range of delicious dishes made in-house), the series will featuring a string of big-name talent over the coming weeks including Luke Mangan (Glass Brasserie), Mitch Orr (CicciaBella), Sean Connolly (The Morrison Bar & Oyster Room), Mark Jensen (Red Lantern), Andy Allen (Three Blue Ducks) and Clayton Wells (Automata).

Each week, a new box will be released and available for order online for the next 7 days. The dinner boxes are packed with chef-designed meals that are nearly ready-to-eat, with just a few final touches and heating up required by home cooks. Currently, you can choose between Luke Mangan’s slow-cooked beef cheeks with winter vegetables, Persian fetta and couscous or Mitch Orr’s freshly handmade pasta veal Osso Bucco ragu with parmesan cheese.

Haverick Meat’s Chefs Series dinner boxes are available now, with the cost for each box varying (all under $100 and designed to generously feed 4 people). To find out more, click here.
