Bringing a taste of the Barossa to Sydney, the pop up is giving wine lovers the opportunity to sip on some of South Australia’s top wines, all with the luminescent cityscape surrounding you.

For just $50pp, Grant Burge’s Chief Winemaker Craig Stanborough will guide you through a carefully curated selection of premium Grant Burge Wines.

Hosted across five sessions during Vivid, your evening starts with a glass of sparkling and canapés at The Squire’s Landing. With your appetites suitably whetted, you’ll then be guided through five wine flights from Grant Burge’s premium wine collection. If you’ve ever wanted to expand your wine knowledge, this is your chance, with the opportunity to ask questions and interact with fellow vino enthusiasts as part of this intimate experience.

Your journey through the Barossa can then continue on into the night with a dinner reservation at Squire’s Landing. Here you’ll also find a selection of Grant Burge Wines listed on the menu, which you can team with Squire Landing’s signature contemporary Australian menu. Hello perfect dinner date.
