Good Food unveils Australia’s top dining destinations.

Food lovers, it’s time to whet your appetites as Australia’s Good Food Guide Awards reveals the nation’s top dining destinations. With the awards ceremony getting underway on Monday 16th October at the Star in Sydney, here’s all you need to know.
Ben Shewry’s Attica in Victoria won the prestigious title of Restaurant of the Year.
New Restaurant of the Year was awarded to Sydney’s very own Saint Peter.
Heading back down to Victoria, Arlechin took out the top prize of Australian Bar of the Year.
Regional Restaurant of the Year went to Tasmania’s The Agrarian Kitchen Eatery – the first time a restaurant outside NSW, VIC or QLD has received the accolade.
More than 500 restaurants from Darwin, Hobart, Adelaide, Sydney, Melbourne, Perth, Brisbane and Canberra were reviewed, with 270 of these achieving hat status, ranging from one to three.
